Hey Chad and Mark,
Another great episode! Thanks for recapping the Convergence series and tie-ins because I really had no interest in buying the books.
I agree that opening up all of DC’s publishing history as in-continuity should allow for “unlimited storytelling potential.” That would be nice, but I still think the creative side of the company is going to be handcuffed by the corporate side dictating what type of stories to push and making them all feel similar and homogenous. I hope I’m wrong, but DC hasn’t given me much to feel optimistic about lately. A little, yes, but not much.
